At Soulani, we believe that great design should also be a thoughtful choice.

That’s why we favour materials with a lower environmental impact whenever possible. Most of our products are made from 100% organic cotton, while our hoodies and sweatshirts contain a blend of organic cotton and post-consumer recycled polyester. Our tote bags are made using recycled cotton and recycled polyester.

We choose these materials because we believe quality and sustainability should go hand in hand. Creating products that people genuinely want to wear, gift and keep for years is an important part of reducing unnecessary consumption.

Organic Cotton

Cotton is the world’s most widely used natural fibre, accounting for approximately 40% of global textile production. Yet only around 1% of all cotton grown worldwide is certified organic.

Unlike conventional cotton, organic cotton is grown without genetically modified seeds and relies on natural methods that help support soil health, biodiversity and more responsible farming practices.

Our t-shirts, caps and many other products are made from 100% organic cotton, chosen for both comfort and durability.

Recycled Polyester

Our hoodies and sweatshirts contain 15% post-consumer recycled polyester.

This material is created from collected plastic waste, helping reduce the need for virgin petroleum-based fibres. The recycled polyester used in each hoodie is equivalent to approximately five recycled 500 ml plastic bottles, giving existing materials a second life instead of creating demand for new resources.
